Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of evania.ai and the pages, demos, and forms on it (the “site”), operated by EVANIA AI LLC (“Evania AI,” “we,” “us”), an Alabama limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our services
The site describes AI receptionist, scheduling, CRM, and automation services. Booking a consultation or submitting a form does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Demos and illustrative content
Workflow animations, sample calls, and simulations on the site are illustrative. The companies, callers, and details in them are fictional, and they show how a system can work, not results from a specific customer. Results depend on each business, its call volume, and how a system is set up, and we don't promise any particular outcome from the site's content.
The interactive voice demo
The live voice demo lets you talk with an AI receptionist in your browser. Please use made-up details and don't share sensitive information. Use is limited per visitor, calls end automatically after a few minutes, and we may change, limit, or turn off the demo at any time. You agree not to misuse it, for example by trying to overload it, bypass its limits, or extract its instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains how demo audio is handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, send spam or harmful code, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape it at a volume that burdens it, or submit information that isn't yours to share.
Our content
The site's text, design, graphics, logos, and code belong to Evania AI or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, or resell them without our written permission.
Third-party services
The site uses services from other companies, such as Calendly for scheduling, Vapi for the voice demo, video hosting providers for videos, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI systems, including our demo, can make mistakes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Evania AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
